RETURN INFORMATION
For our products on request (pre-order / limited editions) we do not accept returns. We always make sure that each item meets our strict quality standards before it is shipped. Please note that these pieces are made by hand so it is normal that they present alterations that are normal and do not compromise their function and aesthetic. Even so ; if you consider that our product is defective, please within a term of no longer than 5 business days of receiving your part, send us an email to contact@isaiiioc.com with all the information you consider need and we will review your case. Our intension is that you are satisfied with your purchase.
For other products, You have 5 business days to send us to our email contact@isaiiioc.com the reasons why you are making the return. We will contact you to proceed to make the return.
RETURN POLICY
- You have 5 business days to send the email in order to start the return process.
- The parts must be in the same condition in which you received them.
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice.
- The cost of the return shipping will be assumed by the customer.
- Once the garment is revised, it will be proceed to make the change or to make a refund of the cost of the item.
- The refund excludes the original cost of the shipping.
- Final sale (no exchange or returns for sale items).
- He stockings do not apply for exchange.
COLORS & DESIGN
Be aware we cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor. Also due to the hand-made nature of the product.
